Updated Terms and Conditions (UK Customers Only)

This website is operated by Zen Organics, a business based in the United Kingdom. For any enquiry, customers must contact us via our integrated WhatsApp button or by email at contact@zenorganics.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to customers located within the United Kingdom.

Products and Pricing

We sell cosmetic skincare balms for personal use. Each product listing includes a clear description, full ingredients, usage guidance and any necessary warnings.
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping is free for orders over £50, with standard delivery fees shown at checkout for orders below this threshold.

Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent once payment is completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock issues or suspected fraud.
We accept debit cards, credit cards and PayPal. Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver only within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent by email.

Cancellations and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products. Only unopened, unused items in their original condition may be returned.

To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email at contact@zenorganics.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
For verification, customers must provide their order reference number or the full name or email used at checkout.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 15 days maximum after receiving the item.
Opened, used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours with your order reference number, name or checkout email, and photos when applicable. After assessment, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Customer Support Response Time

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 12 to 48 hours, depending on message volume.

Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR. Your personal data is used only to process your order and support your customer experience. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by UK courts.
